SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Orders placed before 1:30pm AEST will be processed and shipped the same day. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day but charged at the same shipping rate.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. We endeavour to ship your order as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. Please allow for delays during sale periods, Drop days and holidays.

When placing your order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.We ship from our warehouse in Australia. For some delivery destinations around the world you may be responsible for paying Customs/Duty and Import taxes to receive your order. It’s important to contact your local customs office for further information and an estimate of these costs before placing your order. Any delay in paying these customs fees will result in a delay of delivery of your order.

If your item is damaged or defected you may return items sold by olisahughes.com within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full replacement / store credit, on the condition that the item is unused, in the same condition that it was received and it must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached.We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the above conditions.

In the case of items received incorrectly or received in damaged or faulty condition, you will need to notify as soon as possible. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Where possible, we will either offer an exchange if there is a replacement available or offer to repair faulty items. When items deemed faulty cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered and we will arrange for return of the faulty item.

Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality review. Please allow up to 7 days for this to be completed. Once items have passed inspection, the refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to you within 10 working days.You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning any item.

Customs and duties costs, as well as cost of original shipment will not be refunded.Refunds are only permitted for full price items, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.

Due to high volumes of orders on launch, please allow a few working days before expecting shipment.Olisa Hughes customers are responsible for covering the total cost of return shipments.

For products that have sold out, please sign up for notifications on the relevant product page and you will be notified in the event that stock is replenished.
