Do you offer returns?

Yes, we offer returns for unworn and unwashed items within 7 days of receipt. However, please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind purchases. Once we receive the item, we can issue a gift card for the value of the returned item. For detailed return instructions, please visit our Returns page.

Does MUTO OKOKO offer exchanges?

Not quite right? It happens! Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original purchase for an online gift card, following our returns policy. We're confident you'll find something you'll love!

What do I do if my item is faulty?

Please reach out to our Customer Service team using the live chat feature on our website or via email, including your order number and photos of the issue. An item is classified as faulty if it arrives damaged or develops a fault within 7 days of the order date. Damage reported after 7 days is considered normal wear and tear.

When will my order arrive?

Once your order is processed, standard shipping (within Australia) typically takes 5-7 business days and 4-15 days for standard international. If you selected express shipping at checkout, you can expect delivery sooner. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships, so you can keep an eye on its progress!
